
How It Works:
Brine & Barnacle is an on-site catering business specializing in shellfish boils in Metro Vancouver.
We bring everything to you except, the tables, chairs and tablecloths. We cook onsite at your preferred location and serve you and your guests as if you were at a restaurant! We do require a minimum booking of 15 people or minimum spend.
If you are interested in throwing a seafood boil, please review our menu to learn more about our selection! Then, reach out to us to request a quote or reservation.
When you are ready, we will make your reservation and begin preparing for your Nova Scotia style boil!
A Nova Scotia style boil involves boiling shell fish in salted water with a combination of spices, vegetables, and sausage. Traditionally, the boil is then drained and poured down the centre of a newspaper covered table.
Brine & Barnacle will supply you with Kraft paper, crackers, hammers, lobster picks, and scissors so you can break the shells and enjoy the delicious fresh meat inside!
Please note: A 50% deposit is required to proceed with your booking.
